1. The service

OsintX.IO provides intelligence and search tooling as described on our website. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Probe, scan, or test systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
Use the service to stalk, harass, threaten, or discriminate against individuals.
Resell, scrape, or automate access in a way that overloads or harms the service or other users.
Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or the origin of data you publish using our tools.

4. Data, accuracy, and third-party sources

Results may come from third-party datasets or user-provided inputs. We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on information obtained through OsintX.IO.

5. Intellectual property

The OsintX.IO name, branding, software, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no license is implied.

6. Subscriptions, fees, and refunds

Paid plans, credits, add-ons, billing cycles, and taxes are shown at checkout or in your account. We may change prices with advance notice. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout.

No routine refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund card, crypto, or other payments for change of mind, unused subscription time, partial use of a plan, or successful delivery of the product you bought (including activated plans, credits, or add-ons). This applies even if you no longer want the service after payment.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country (for example statutory withdrawal or chargeback rules where they apply) are not affected by this section.

Billing errors and our remedy

If we verify a billing or technical error on our side—such as payment captured but your plan or credits were not applied, a duplicate charge caused by our checkout or fulfillment systems, or a serious service failure that prevented reasonable use of what you paid for—we do not typically issue cash refunds to your original payment method. Instead, as an apology and correction, we offer in-account compensation at our discretion, for example: granting missing credits, extending your plan, applying search boosts, or other equivalent value on OsintX.IO.

To request review, contact support with your OsintX username, transaction or checkout session ID, and payment proof. Each case is reviewed individually; approved remedies are credited to your account unless we are legally required to refund to your payment provider.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OsintX.IO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or fifty euros (€50).

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify OsintX.IO and its team against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk for others. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state where OsintX.IO is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
