Choose the channel that fits your question. For account-specific issues (billing, access, bugs with your workspace), signed-in tickets are usually fastest. For general questions, email and community channels work well.

Overview

We monitor service health on the public status page. If OsintX is up but something fails only for your account, open a ticket after sign-in so we can inspect logs safely.

In-app tickets

After you sign in, the dashboard includes a structured ticket system with categories. Attach steps, timestamps, and (if safe) screenshots — it reduces back-and-forth and helps us reproduce bugs.

Billing & abuse

For invoices, failed payments, or plan upgrades, email or a ticket is best so we can reference your transaction ID. To report abuse of the platform (spam, credential stuffing, etc.), email with evidence and timestamps; we take actionable reports seriously.
