Common questions
How do I upgrade or renew my plan?
Open Dashboard → Pricing, pick a plan or add-on, and pay via crypto checkout. Plan time extensions stack on your current expiry.
My plan expired — what happens?
You get a 3-day grace period, then your account moves to Free (3 searches/day). Purchased FiveM addon time is kept but needs Enterprise API access to use.
Payment confirmed but plan not active?
Crypto payments can take a few minutes. Include your OsintX username and transaction ID when contacting us on Telegram.
How do daily search limits work?
Limits reset at midnight UTC. Extra search boosts from add-ons only apply until the end of the current UTC day.
Where is API documentation?
Enterprise API access includes v1 endpoints. See the Docs section in the dashboard or visit /docs after signing in.
What happened to the OsintX Discord server?
Our Discord server has been terminated. We will not open a new Discord server — support and contact are on Telegram only.

- For search errors, note the provider and query type (not the full target if sensitive).
